• I'll Drink to That, by Levi Dalton and Matt Duckor

I was featured earlier this week on I'll Drink to That, a podcast by Levi Dalton and Matt Duckor. Levi is a longtime wine professional, most recently a sommelier at Boulud Sud, and as host of I'll Drink to That, he talks with a wide variety of people connected to wine and spirits, from Aldo Sohm of Le Bernardin and David Lillie of Chambers Street Wines to Eric Asimov of The New York Times and wine blogger Brooklynguy. Matt is the show's executive producer, and is also an assistant editor at Bon Appétit.

In our conversation, Levi and I talk about Chinese teapots, life in Champagne and my forthcoming sherry book, as well as my own past efforts at making wine: you can listen to the hour-long podcast at illdrinktothatpod.com, and you can also subscribe to it on iTunes. Irrespective of my presence, the show is always well worth listening to—Levi has a keen intellect and a sharp wit, and his interviews offer candid and insightful interaction with some of the best minds in the business.
