    Clos des Goisses Masterclass at Le Grand Tasting

    I was in Paris on Saturday for Le Grand Tasting, the lavish public event organized by Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve. It featured wines from all over France, and even beyond, but as usually happens at most of these things, I ended up tasting with a lot of Champenois.
